Heavon Ratcliff
MS, Resident in Counseling

Heavon is a Resident in Counseling in Virginia pursuing her LPC licensure. She earned both her Bachelor’s in Psychology (2022) and Master’s in Counseling and Human Development (2024) from Radford University.
She has experience supporting teens and adults from diverse backgrounds with issues such as anxiety, depression, chronic trauma, life transitions, substance use, grief and loss, and identity concerns. Heavon is particularly dedicated to supporting individuals from marginalized communities and approaches her work with cultural humility.
Heavon’s integrative therapeutic approach is rooted in person-centered, narrative, and psychoanalytic theories. She believes in showing up authentically to foster genuine connection, trust, and a non-judgmental environment where clients feel seen, safe, and supported. She views therapy as a collaborative human experience where safety, empathy, and respect are key to healing and growth.
In her free time, Heavon enjoys nature walks with her dogs, spending time with loved ones, and attending concerts or sporting events.
