Lori

Lori Rogers holds a Bachelor’s in Psychology from Christopher Newport University and a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Grand Canyon University. She has experience working with adolescents, teens, and young adults from diverse backgrounds.

Lori is dedicated to supporting the neurodivergent community and helps clients with grief, loss, anxiety, depression, trauma-related symptoms, and life transitions. She uses a variety of therapeutic approaches, including CBT, DBT, Narrative Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing, to create a personalized plan for each client.

Her approach is rooted in empathy, respect, and validation, with a goal to help clients build skills, resilience, and confidence. She is committed to creating a welcoming, inclusive space where every client feels valued and heard. Outside of her work, Lori enjoys music, hiking, foraging, and spending time with loved ones and her pets.
